Blue Mountain Vineyard and Cellars is a family-owned estate winery situated in Okanagan Falls, British Columbia, within the renowned Okanagan Valley. Established in 1991 by Ian and Jane Mavety, the winery is situated on a picturesque southwest-facing slope overlooking Vaseux Lake. The Mavety family has been cultivating the land since 1971, and their son Matt Mavety, a graduate in agricultural economics and viticulture, now manages the estate. The winery produces approximately 12,000 cases of wine annually, focusing on varietals that thrive in the region’s unique terroir.
Blue Mountain is renowned for its commitment to producing complex, age-worthy wines that consistently reflect the characteristics of the growing season.
